AMERICA’S JOB CENTER OF CALIFORNIA ONE-STOP OPERATOR SERVICES

The County of Riverside is seeking a qualified entity to serve as the America's Job Center of California (AJCC) One-Stop Operator. The operator will be responsible for providing year-round services to facilitate and coordinate the HWS/WDD Board's AJCC mandatory partner shared services. The contract will be funded primarily by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Title I, Public Law 113-128. • The AJCC One-Stop Operator will serve as the facilitator and coordinator of the HWS/WDD Board's AJCC mandatory partner shared services. • The operator will provide services to eligible residents, including eligible youth. • The contract will be funded primarily by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Title I, Public Law 113-128. • The State allocates funds from the federal WIOA to the HWS/WDD to implement workforce development programs for local residents. • The AJCC One-Stop Operator will serve as the primary point of contact for the HWS/WDD Board's AJCC mandatory partner shared services.
