Stormwater Engineering Services Piggyback Agreement

This contract is a piggyback agreement between Bay County and Gemini Engineering & Sciences, Inc. for professional stormwater engineering services. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, with a total purchase amount not to exceed $150,000. The contract commenced on February 2, 2023, and will continue through December 27, 2025, with the option to renew for two additional two-year periods.
