Fair Market Rent Reevaluation

The State of Montana, Department of Commerce, is seeking a vendor to provide Fair Market Rent Reevaluation survey results by January 2025. The contract includes the provision of professional services for moving/relocating services, house/building moving services, neighborhood stabilization program, personnel services, polling/survey services, and other related services. The vendor will be responsible for completing the survey and providing the results to the Department of Commerce. The contract has a total possible score of 95 points, with 75 points for technical score and 20 points for cost proposal. The evaluation committee will review and evaluate the proposals based on the following criteria: provision of services, offeror qualifications and experience, and cost proposal.
