Description
The County of Calaveras Administration Department issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Program Manager for the Disaster Recovery (FHWA) ER Program. The RFP was cancelled in its entirety, but the document provides information on the type of services being requested. The ideal consultant would have a solid understanding of the Emergency Relief Program authorized in Title 23, United States Code, Section 125. The services requested include program management, grant assistance, environmental compliance, engineered design, right of way and permitting, and bidding and construction support.
• The RFP was issued on March 5, 2018, and was due on March 28, 2018.
• The proposal shall not exceed 50 single-sided, 8.5” x 11” pages.
• Five copies of the submittal response are due at the County offices, along with an electronic copy on a CD in Microsoft Word format (.doc) or in Portable Document Format (.pdf).
• A cost proposal must be submitted in a separate, sealed envelope.
