The contract was awarded to Juniper Landscaping of Florida, LLC, with a total score of 323. The other vendors who submitted bids are Brightview Landscape Services, Inc. and Austin Tubbs. • The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the work. • The contractor will maintain the grounds, landscaping, irrigation systems, and other related services. • The contractor will provide a clean, neat, and professional appearance in all outdoor and indoor areas. • The contract includes a pre-bid conference and a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference. • The contract documents include a bid form, a price form, and an addendum.
