Construction Management Services for the CSA 16 (Shandon) State Water Project Turnout, Project No. 300463, and the Intertie between CSA 23 (Santa Margarita), Atascadero Mutual Water Company, and Garden Farms Community Water District, Project No. 300536

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a professional engineering consultant to provide construction management services for two projects: the CSA 16 (Shandon) State Water Project Turnout and the Intertie between CSA 23 (Santa Margarita), Atascadero Mutual Water Company, and Garden Farms Community Water District. The projects are scheduled to start construction in April 2015 and take approximately three to four months to complete. The consultant will be responsible for paying prevailing wages if applicable. The County of San Luis Obispo has established a 5% Local Vendor Preference. • The project designs are complete to the 95% Plans, Specifications & Estimate level. • The consultant will provide construction management, engineering, inspection, surveying, and materials testing services. • The County of San Luis Obispo has established a 5% Local Vendor Preference. • The project is expected to take approximately three to four months to complete.
