The State of Utah is seeking to add more vendors to its existing State Cooperative Contract for Patient Mobility Home and Vehicle Modifications. The contract is for the provision of community and environmental adaptation and accessibility products and maintenance to assist people with accessibility in the home and community. The contract is a multiple award contract, and vendors must score a minimum of 480 technical points to be awarded. The evaluation committee determined that the proposals submitted by Utah Mobility LLC and Gearheart LLC offered the best value to the State and therefore received a contract award. • The contract is for the provision of community and environmental adaptation and accessibility products and maintenance. • The contract is a multiple award contract. • Vendors must score a minimum of 480 technical points to be awarded. • The evaluation committee determined that the proposals submitted by Utah Mobility LLC and Gearheart LLC offered the best value to the State. • The contract is expected to end on 10/31/2026.
