Repair 18" Tile - 1/4 Mile West of US-30/IA-25 in Greene County

The Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) is seeking a contractor to repair an 18" tile located near the US-30/IA-25 interchange in Greene County. The contract includes the repair of the existing tile, which is approximately 14 feet below the existing grade on the north side of US-30. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the repair. The contract term is estimated to be 59 days, starting on October 1, 2025, and ending on November 28, 2025. The Iowa DOT will provide a list of items requiring inspection prior to or during installation, and the contractor will be responsible for locating existing utilities before beginning work. • The contract requires the contractor to maintain insurance coverage of the type and amount set forth in the Standard Terms and Conditions. • The contractor must provide a performance and payment bond covering 100% of the contract and payment of all obligations arising thereunder. • The contractor must comply with the Iowa DOT's Utility Policy and Supplemental Specifications. • The contractor must provide a Traffic Control Technician Certification. • The contractor must comply with the Iowa DOT's purchasing terms and conditions.
