BOI Upgrade Program: Concourse Development and Terminal Improvements

The City of Boise is seeking a qualified firm or consultant team to provide architectural, engineering, and construction administrative services for the BOI Upgrade Program, which includes the development of Concourse A, renovation of existing Concourse B, and Terminal Improvements. The selected firm will be responsible for planning, design, stakeholder engagement, assistance engaging a Construction Management at Risk (CMAR), value engineering, cost estimating, bid support, and construction administration services.
