General Construction Services

The City of Roseville is seeking proposals from qualified General Construction Service providers to furnish construction services which includes: carpentry, millwork, framing, drywall, doors and windows, frames, caulking, hardware, demolition, excavation, ceilings, masonry, fire repair, proper disposal and clean up, finishes, site work, moisture protection, mechanical, general conditions, and subcontracting labor, equipment, goods, and supplies necessary to provide service for multi-story and single story buildings. The contract is recommended to be awarded to Rudolph & Sletten and Bullard Construction. • The contract includes a wide range of construction services • The City of Roseville is the agency awarding the contract • The contract is for general construction services for multi-story and single story buildings • The contract includes subcontracting labor, equipment, goods, and supplies • The contract is pending City Council approval
