Re-Wiring of Administrative Buildings (Rebid)

William Jewell College is seeking a contractor to provide re-wiring services for their administrative buildings. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, etc., necessary to complete the re-wiring of administrative buildings. The contract includes six line items for the re-wiring of different buildings, including Gano Chapel, Jewell Hall, Mabee Center, Marston, Pillsbury Hall, and White Science. The pricing for each line item includes all contractor-owned usual and customary tools, machinery, equipment, service truck and trip charges, and all related expenses, normal expendables, insurance, bonds, profit, and overhead. • The contract is for the re-wiring of administrative buildings on the William Jewell College campus. • The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services. • The contract includes six line items for the re-wiring of different buildings. • The pricing for each line item includes all contractor-owned usual and customary tools, machinery, equipment, and related expenses. • The contract was awarded to six different vendors, each with their own bid price for each line item.
