CTR074547 Statewide Facilities and Building Supplies

The State of Arizona, through the Department of Administration, State Procurement Office, has awarded a contract for statewide facilities and building supplies to DL Sales LLC. The contract includes a wide range of products and services, such as concrete, lumber, roofing, drywall, paints, windows, doors, fasteners, locking systems, plumbing, electrical supplies, lighting, HVAC, tools, janitorial and sanitation, safety equipment, gardening, and material handling equipment. The contractor is required to provide an established catalog/price list, maintain electronic and hardcopy catalogs, and have a process in place for removing items determined to be excluded from the contract. The contract also includes requirements for delivery, product availability, and statewide delivery. The estimated spend under the resultant contract is anticipated to be between $18 million and $20 million annually.
