OCCUPATIONAL & PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES

The Pampa Independent School District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for providing Occupational and Physical Therapy Services. The primary purpose of this solicitation is to identify a list of potential vendors that the district deems to be qualified to provide services to the district and who will be eligible and authorized to engage with the district under a non-exclusive contract on an as-needed basis. The awarded vendor will be used at the district's sole discretion when the district has unfilled vacancies for the position through its standard HR hiring process, personnel are out on leave, or other contracts fail to provide the required personnel for services. Key evaluation criteria include the vendor's qualifications and experience, ability to meet the district's needs, purchase price, past performance with the district, and vendor reputation. • The solicitation documents and any applicable addenda will be made available through the district's system only. • The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. • The district is not responsible for any costs incurred by vendors in preparing their proposals. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that best meets the district's needs and provides the most competitive proposal.
