20-51 Architectural, Engineering, Geotechnical, and Surveying Professional Servcies

This contract is for architectural, engineering, geotechnical, and surveying professional services. The contract is between the Bay County Board of County Commissioners and Baskerville-Donovan, Inc. The contract is for a period of three years with two optional one-year renewals. The scope of work includes construction engineering and inspection services, roadway design, stormwater engineering, surveying, and utility engineering. The contract also includes provisions for task orders, payment, and termination. • The contract is non-exclusive, and the County reserves the right to solicit separate competitive proposals for any and all projects or tasks. • The contract includes provisions for insurance, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The contract also includes provisions for termination, including termination for cause and termination for convenience. • The contract is subject to the Florida Statutes, including the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). • The contract includes provisions for public records and audit requirements. • The contract is for a total of $75,300.
