Program Management Support Services Bridge 4

This award is a three‑month firm‑fixed‑price “bridge” contract (with up to three additional three‑month options) for program‑management support services to three DHA entities (ADHCA&O, PAE‑MDS, and RMED). The work includes strategic planning, task‑tracking (TASKER), facilities and manpower support, cybersecurity/RMF assistance, and extensive reporting deliverables (CDRLs). The contract will be performed on‑site at DHA headquarters in Falls Church, VA, and at Joint Base San Antonio, TX, with travel funded at $4,500 per period. The award is a sole‑source award to Deloitte Consulting, LLP. • Primary scope: program‑management, strategy, and business‑operations support (non‑personal services). • Key deliverables: Monthly Progress Report, Program Management Plan, Integrated Program Schedule, meeting artifacts, and various CDRLs. • Security/compliance: Must meet DFARS 252.204‑7012, NIST 800‑171, and hold a current CMMC certification.
