C-102028 RFQ 36-25 On-Call Professional Stormwater Retrofit, Design and Planning Services

The City of Vancouver has entered into an agreement with Otak, Inc. for on-call professional stormwater retrofit, design, and planning services. The services include retrofit design and planning, regulatory and development review support, groundwater monitoring, sampling, and support, and construction management. The agreement has a term of 5 years and a maximum compensation of $1,000,000. The City may terminate the agreement at any time for convenience, and the Contractor shall indemnify the City for any claims or damages arising from the services. • The agreement includes a detailed scope of work, including retrofit design and planning, regulatory and development review support, groundwater monitoring, sampling, and support, and construction management. • The Contractor shall provide all necessary services and materials to complete the work. • The City shall pay the Contractor based on the fee schedule provided in Exhibit B. • The agreement includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and governing law.
