C-102054 RFP 47-25 Breathing Air Testing & SCBA Compressor Maintenance & Repair

The City of Vancouver has awarded a contract to SeaWestern Inc for breathing air testing and SCBA compressor maintenance and repair services. The contract is for a period of five years, with a maximum compensation of $300,000. The contractor will provide air testing, SCBA compressor maintenance and repair, and annual maintenance services to the City's fire department. The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and termination. The City reserves the right to add or remove compressors from the list, and to move compressors around from one location to another, as needed. • The contractor will provide quarterly air quality testing and regular maintenance for the City's SCBA air compressor systems. • The contractor will provide 24-hour emergency service and troubleshooting by phone. • The contractor will keep dated records of services, repairs, and hours on compressor. • The City does not guarantee minimum or maximum usage of the awarded contract. • The contract includes a fee schedule, which is attached as Exhibit B.
