Contract Administration & Inspection Services for Sigoowu Ye & Si'T Tuwan Parks Reconstruction

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a consultant to provide Contract Administration and Inspection Services for the Sigoowu Ye and Si’t Tuwan Parks Reconstruction project. The project has a shortened solicitation period of ten days due to the short construction window required ahead of the safety surface installation for Sigoowu Ye Playground. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing contract administration and inspection services for the project. Key aspects of the project include: • Contract Administration: The vendor will be responsible for administering the contract and ensuring that all terms and conditions are met. • Inspection Services: The vendor will be responsible for providing inspection services to ensure that the work is completed in accordance with the contract specifications. • Project Management: The vendor will be required to work closely with the CBJ Project Manager to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. • Communication: The vendor will be required to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including the CBJ, contractors, and other vendors. The contract was awarded to Hollatz Engineering, Inc. after they submitted the only proposal for the project.
