Description
The City of Spokane’s Street Department seeks a qualified firm to conduct automated pavement‑condition surveys for its entire roadway network and deliver the data in a format directly compatible with the StreetSaver Pavement Management System. The work covers both arterial (267 mi) and local‑access (727 mi) systems on a bi‑annual schedule, requires equipment capable of non‑disruptive traffic operation, and includes a comprehensive work plan, management plan, and references. The contract is a five‑year firm‑fixed‑price agreement with an optional five‑year renewal, a maximum not‑to‑exceed value of $500,000, and a bid‑security requirement of 5 % ($25,000).
