Constructability Review

The City of Bellevue is seeking proposals to provide constructability review and value engineering professional services for Capital Investment Plan (CIP) projects. The selected firms will provide services on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order basis. The projects may be funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and/or by a Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) loan. The consultant is expected to provide a full range of constructability review and value engineering services. Some of the specific projects that the consultant may receive task orders for include: 124th Avenue NE, NE Spring Boulevard Multi-Modal Corridor Zone 1A, and Mountains to Sound Greenway. • Constructability review and value engineering services for CIP projects • IDIQ task order basis • Funding from FHWA and/or TIFIA loan • Full range of constructability review and value engineering services • Specific projects include 124th Avenue NE, NE Spring Boulevard Multi-Modal Corridor Zone 1A, and Mountains to Sound Greenway
