General Planning Consultant and Master Plan Update

This contract is for general planning consultant and master plan update services at Tampa International Airport. The contract was awarded to Ricondo & Associates, Inc. for a term of 5 years, with a not-to-exceed amount of $12,500,000. The scope of work includes providing consultant services in accordance with the Owner's Request for Qualifications and the Consultant's response to the Request for Qualifications. The Consultant will perform professional services, including design and construction services, and will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Owner's rules and regulations.
