Description
This contract awards Morrow County a five‑year professional engineering services agreement for a series of FAA‑grant‑funded airport improvement projects at Lexington Airport. The selected firm will provide full‑cycle engineering support—including planning, design, cost estimating, construction‑phase services, and grant assistance—on a project‑by‑project basis. The work is billed on an hourly rate basis and each project will have its own “not‑to‑exceed” cap. The County retains the right to extend the contract if additional airport projects arise.
• Scope: Airport engineering consulting for multiple improvement projects (pre‑design through construction).
• Payment: Hourly rates with project‑specific cost caps; time‑and‑materials style.
• Duration: March 2024 – March 2029, with possible extension at County discretion.
