Description
The 400 Mack Parking Lot Reconstruction project at Wayne State University involves full‑depth demolition of the existing asphalt surface, installation of a new sand sub‑base, MDOT Class II aggregate base, and a new hot‑mix asphalt wearing course, along with reconstruction of concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and ADA‑compliant entrances.
