AIRPORT JOCs 148 149 150

The contract is for Job Order Contracts (JOCs) 148, 149, and 150, which will be used for miscellaneous construction repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, or rehabilitation of Airports maintained buildings, structures, or other real property. The contract has a maximum value of $4,900,000 and a minimum value of $35,000. The contract will be awarded for one year, with the option to renew. The work will be performed by North Star Construction and Engineering, Inc., Swinerton Builders, and Danco Builders. Some of the key tasks include: • Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required for the JOCs • Performing work in accordance with the Plans and Specifications • Providing a Construction Task Catalog with pre-set unit prices • Applying adjustment factors to determine the price of fixed price work orders • Maintaining public liability, property damage, and contractual liability insurance • Posting prevailing rate of per diem wages at each jobsite • Defending, indemnifying, and saving harmless the County and the Engineer
