Description
The City of Vancouver has entered into a contract with Retail Lockbox, Inc. for remittance processing and lockbox services. The contract is for a period of 5 years, starting from September 1, 2022, and ending on August 31, 2027. The contractor will provide services for the City's utility payments, parking payments, and other miscellaneous payments. The contractor will also assist in the design and implementation of the coupon processing and electronic file transfer process to update the City's accounts receivable system. The contract has a maximum compensation of $300,000.00 USD. The contractor will submit monthly invoices to the City, and payments will be made net 30 days.
