SET-ASIDE FOR DSBSD-CERTIFIED SMALL BUSINESSES - Term Contract for General Contracting Services

This term contract establishes a multiple‑award, set‑aside vehicle for DSBSD‑certified small businesses to provide general contracting services on an as‑needed basis at Longwood University. The agreement is rate‑based, with hourly labor rates for a wide range of construction trades and reimbursement for actual material costs. Up to six contractors may be on the roster, each eligible for individual work orders up to $100,000.
