Therapeutic Behavioral Services

The County of Fresno, on behalf of the Department of Behavioral Health, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS). TBS is a mental health service for eligible children/youth with serious behavioral problems. The service is focused on resolution of target behaviors or symptoms that jeopardize existing placements. The contract was awarded to JDT Consultants, Inc. after a thorough review and discussion by the RFP review committee.
