Description
Laramie County Community College is soliciting quotes from potential snow and ice removal service contractors to provide snow and ice removal services for the LCCC campus located in Cheyenne, WY. The scope of work includes sidewalks and parking lots throughout campus. The estimated area of coverage for parking lots is approximately 21 acres, and the estimated area of coverage for sidewalks is approximately 6.5 acres. The successful contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, consumables, tools, materials, equipment, and expenses necessary to complete the control scope of work as detailed per the attached Scope of Work.
• The contract is for a multi-year agreement (up to 5 years) to provide snow and ice removal services.
• The estimated area of coverage for parking lots is approximately 21 acres.
• The estimated area of coverage for sidewalks is approximately 6.5 acres.
• Approximately 25% of sidewalks require hand shoveling.
• The amount of snow to trigger contractor is 1 inch accumulation.
• Snow/ice removal to be completed by 7:00am MST.
