COMPUTER HARDWARE, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND WAREHOUSE STORAGE SERVICES

The County of Riverside is seeking a contract for computer hardware, equipment, supplies, and warehouse storage services. The contract is for a period of 5 years and has a budget of between $1 million and $1.5 million per year. The selected vendor will be required to provide services to warehouse and store inventory based on a quarterly commitment. The Evaluation Committee has determined Sehi Computer Products Inc. to be the lowest, most responsive, and responsible bidder for this project. • The contract includes the purchase of desktops, laptops, docking stations, printers, monitors, scanners, keyboards, flash drives, speakers, webcams, and headsets. • The vendor will be held liable for all equipment stored in their facility until delivered, received, and inspected by the County. • The County intends to award a 5-year agreement to one or multiple qualified resellers/bidders. • The selected vendor will be required to work with the manufacturer and the County to add replacement models and keep the same pricing if a device on the established contract has reached the end of life and is no longer available for purchase during the contract period.
