Engineering Design Services

The Ocean County Board of Commissioners has awarded a contract to CME Associates for engineering design services for the Ocean County Natural Lands Trust Fund Program. The contract is valued at $110,336.61 and will be used to construct a 10-foot-wide stone dust shared-use path that will connect to an existing municipal multi-use path in Pine Beach and make connections at Browning Ave, Mill Creek Road, and Chelsea Ave in Berkeley Township. The contract was awarded in compliance with the provisions of N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4 et seq., the New Jersey "Pay-to-Play” Law. • The contract is for engineering design services for the construction of a shared-use path on properties acquired by the Ocean County Natural Lands Trust Fund. • The contract is valued at $110,336.61. • The contract was awarded to CME Associates, a private company based in Howell, New Jersey. • The contract is for a term of one year. • The contract was awarded in compliance with the provisions of N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4 et seq., the New Jersey "Pay-to-Play” Law.
