Description
The State of Utah, Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) has awarded a contract for the construction of the Logan Summit Concrete and Riverside Floor Drain - Maintenance Station Improvements project. The project involves replacing concrete in locations around the overhead doors at the UDOT Logan Summit Maintenance Shop and replacing the gasketing and weather stripping on the overhead doors. Additionally, the existing trench drain/waterway will be removed and replaced with a drain line from the ice machine at the UDOT Riverside Maintenance Shop. The contract was awarded to three vendors: Landmark Companies, Inc., DWA Construction, Inc., and Mike Funk Construction. The total bid prices for each vendor are $213,893.00, $241,800.00, and $297,700.00, respectively. The project is expected to be completed by November 27, 2024.
