Electronic Waste Recycling

The City of Olathe is seeking a vendor to provide electronic waste recycling services. The contract includes the recycling of various types of electronic waste, including TVs, monitors, and computer hardware. The vendor will be responsible for transporting and recycling the electronic waste in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The contract was awarded to four vendors: MRC I LLC, Allied Services LLC, T2 Holdings, LLC (DBA Proshred), and Dynamic Recycling. • The contract includes six line items: TVs/Monitors - CRT, Tvs - LCD/LED/Plasma, Misc. household electronics, Misc. outdoor electronics, Misc. computer hardware and gear, and Transportation/Pickup Fee. • The vendors will be paid based on the unit price for each line item. • The contract does not specify a start or end date, but it does specify a bid submission date of October 30, 2017.
