Keystone Road and Eastlake Road Emergency Access Improvements - Professional Engineering Consulting Services

This contract is for professional engineering consulting services for the Keystone Road and Eastlake Road Emergency Access Improvements project in Pinellas County, Florida. The scope of work includes preparing construction plans, specifications, and complete applications for federal, state, and local permits. The consultant will also provide bidding phase services, construction phase services, and warranty period services.
