A/E Structural Engineering

This contract establishes an open‑end, multiple‑award IDIQ for structural engineering services for Fauquier County Government and its public schools. Any department may issue purchase orders for projects that fall under the architectural‑engineering commodity, provided each project stays under the $150,000 per‑order ceiling and the total contract spend does not exceed $500,000. Vendors can be selected on a rotating basis and must submit either detailed lump‑sum proposals or hourly‑rate proposals with a not‑to‑exceed ceiling.
