2017 HOMELESS ENUMERATION SURVEY

The County of San Luis Obispo is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to plan and conduct a Homeless Point in Time Count and Survey. The contract will run from September 1, 2016, to July 31, 2017. The contractor will ensure compliance with HUD standards for the count and subsequent data reporting and will prepare the data needed to report the count and survey results to HUD.
