Commercial Food Service Equipment On-Site Repairs & Preventative Maintenance Services

The contract is for commercial food service equipment on-site repairs and preventative maintenance services for the Hernando County School Board. The services include routine preventative maintenance and repair of commercial food service equipment, with a focus on Somat Pulpers, Eloma and Rationale Combination Ovens. The contract will establish costs for a preventative maintenance program, fixed hourly labor rates, and firm percentage discount off manufacturer's list price for parts and materials. • The contract is for a short list of licensed, factory authorized, commercial food service equipment contractors. • Preventative maintenance services are to be conducted two times a year, tentatively in October and March. • Repair services are to be provided on an as-needed basis, county-wide. • The contract will establish costs for a preventative maintenance program, fixed hourly labor rates, and firm percentage discount off manufacturer's list price for parts and materials.
