Kitchen Equipment Maintenance

The College of Charleston has awarded a contract to Hobart Service for kitchen equipment maintenance. The contract includes preventive maintenance and repair of food service equipment at various facilities located at the College of Charleston main campus and off-campus sites. The initial term of the contract is from August 4, 2021, to August 3, 2022, with a maximum contract term of up to 5 years. The total potential value of the contract is $500,000. • The contract includes labor costs for repair and maintenance of equipment, as well as costs for materials and supplies. • The contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, parts, and materials to maintain food service and refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition. • The contract also includes provisions for emergency repairs and maintenance.
