Description
This contract is for the provision of NexTalk configuration for TTY support services to the County of Orange, Social Services Agency. The contract includes the setup and configuration of Amazon Connect to support inbound routing of TTY calls to the agent's queue. The contractor, CDW Government LLC, will provide the necessary services and work products to ensure successful implementation and enable the County to effectively operate and maintain the contact center solution. The contract has a firm-fixed fee of $139,535.00 and is effective from May 1, 2024, to April 30, 2025. The contract may be renewed by mutual written agreement of both parties.
