Bayfront Redevelopment Plan Consultant Services

The City of Palm Bay and its Bayfront Redevelopment Agency invited qualified firms to submit qualifications and fee schedules to complete the update of the Bayfront Redevelopment Plan. The selected firm will work closely with the BCRA and City Staff to establish a Public Involvement Program, review the existing Redevelopment Plan, and provide monthly status reports. The update to the Redevelopment Plan is targeted to be completed prior to September 30, 2009. Some of the key tasks include: • Reviewing the existing Redevelopment Plan and Finding of Necessity • Consulting with City staff • Obtaining public input through a Public Involvement Program • Conducting the process for updating and adopting the Bayfront Redevelopment Plan • Providing 15 hard copies of the final version of the adopted Bayfront Redevelopment Plan • Presenting to BCRA Board and/or City Council, as needed
