OSHA SAFETY TRAINING

The contract is for OSHA safety training and construction testing and inspection services, including asbestos and lead services, concrete testing and inspection, fireproofing and firestopping testing and inspection, and other related services. The contract has a term of three years, with an option to renew for up to two additional years, and a maximum allowable compensation of $1,000,000. The vendor, R M A Group, is required to provide professional services, including personnel with specific qualifications and experience, and to perform the work in accordance with the contract's scope of work and attachments. The contract also includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination. Some of the key services included in the contract are: • Asbestos and lead services, including surveys, sampling, and testing • Concrete testing and inspection, including slump, temperature, and air entrainment tests • Fireproofing and firestopping testing and inspection, including thickness, density, and adhesion tests • Geotechnical services, including pre-construction soil exploration and testing • Masonry testing and inspection services, including mortar, masonry fill mix design, and laboratory tests • Industrial hygiene services for asbestos and other hazardous material abatement projects • Pavement testing and inspection, including observation and testing of rolling operations on subgrade soils • Archaeological resources investigation, including phase 1 and phase 2 investigations • Environmental site assessment, including phase 1 and phase 2 assessments • Remediation services, including preparation and implementation of response action plans • Roofing and waterproofing testing and inspection services • Structural steel testing and inspection, including strength testing of embedded bolts • Testing, adjusting, and balancing services, including air systems, hydronic systems, and hood testing and certification
