2018 Knight Hall and Hoyt Hall Sewer Maintenance

The University of Wyoming is seeking contractors to replace sanitary sewer lines and manholes at Knight Hall and Hoyt Hall. The estimated project completion date is August 1, 2018. The contract was awarded to Bis Hunks Excuvation and Six point solutions. The scope of work includes replacement of sanitary sewer lines and manholes, and the contractors must submit their bids electronically through the Public Purchase site. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting, including a walk-through, which was held on March 22, 2018. • The contractors must provide a bid bond, executed by the bidder, as principle, and a satisfactory surety company, executed in favor of the owner in the amount of 5% of the maximum amount of the bid. • The contractors must also provide a certified copy of power of attorney, and be signed or countersigned by an agent of the bonding company. • The university takes the bid result information under advisement and will review all of the information provided prior to making a decision.
