RFP - City Landscape Maintenance Services (re-bid) - SOJO

The City of South Jordan is seeking a landscaping contractor to perform landscape maintenance services, including weed control, mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilization, for various locations throughout the city. The contract includes a base bid and several additional services, such as irrigation system repair and miscellaneous tasks. The city reserves the right to award the contract in full or in part, and to reject any bid that is not in the best interest of the project or the city. • The contract includes a base bid for weekly work for park strips and streetscapes, storm water basins and landscaped areas, cemetery trimming, and water tank 7-8. • The contract also includes several additional services, such as irrigation system repair, irrigation parts, and miscellaneous tasks. • The city requires the contractor to have a local operation/office within 50 miles of South Jordan City. • The contract is for a period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year. • The city reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause.
