ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The City of Chico is seeking a contractor to provide routine monthly preventative maintenance, repair services, and required testing as needed on six elevators at four locations within the city. The contract was awarded to Elevator Technology Inc. The scope of work includes maintenance and repair services for elevators at the Chico Municipal Center, Old Municipal Building, Downtown Parking Structure, and Chico Museum. • The contractor will be responsible for performing routine monthly maintenance and repairs. • The contractor will be required to test the elevators as needed. • The contract includes provisions for overtime billing rates and emergency call-out rates. • The contractor will be required to provide a monthly total of services performed.
