Printing & Mailing Services

The City of Independence, Missouri is seeking a contractor to provide printing and mailing services citywide. The contract includes two main components: utility bill printing and mailing services, and printing and mailing services for other city documents. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing all printing, mailing preparation, mailing, online formatting, and online presentation of the utility bills for customers.
