Description
This contract awards a multi‑year, fixed‑price water‑treatment services agreement to maintain, repair, and provide on‑call support for all of Salisbury University’s water‑treatment infrastructure, including boilers, cooling towers, reverse‑osmosis units, and geothermal loops across more than 20 campus buildings. The contractor must perform bi‑monthly preventive maintenance, 24‑hour emergency response (≤ 2 hours), chemical supply and management, laboratory testing, detailed reporting, and on‑site training for university personnel. The agreement runs from October 1 2026 through June 30 2031 with a possible month‑to‑month rollover of up to one year if a new contract is not awarded.
