Continuing Architect and/or Landscape Architect (Landscape Architectural Services, LLC)

This contract is for professional architectural and/or landscape architectural services, including pre-design, design, permitting, plan review, and construction administration. The contract is between the City of Port St. Lucie and Landscape Architectural Services, LLC, and has a term of three years with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The contract includes provisions for compensation, insurance, and indemnification, as well as requirements for compliance with laws and regulations. Key services to be provided under this contract include: • Pre-design services for proposed projects • Design services, including preliminary design, construction documents, and cost estimates • Permitting services, including assistance with acquiring necessary approvals • Plan review services, including review of submittal documents to ensure conformance with City codes and regulations • Construction administration services, including site observations and certification of compliance with approved plans and specifications
