This open‑end architectural and engineering contract provides Fauquier County Government and its public schools with comprehensive professional services for landfill operations, expansions, and related improvements. ARM Group, LLC will supply engineering expertise, field investigations, laboratory testing, design work, and specialist consulting on a project‑by‑project basis, using a detailed hourly‑rate schedule and equipment‑supply billing. The agreement is structured as an IDIQ with a base one‑year term and up to three one‑year renewal options, allowing the county to issue individual purchase orders (max $150 k per PO, $500 k total) for either lump‑sum or time‑and‑materials work. Rate adjustments may be tied to CPI‑U, and all invoices are net 45 with late‑fee provisions. • Scope covers geotechnical, hydrogeologic, structural, GIS, surveying, environmental monitoring, and expert‑witness services. • Hourly labor rates range from $62 / hr (technician) to $225 / hr (principal engineer/scientist); equipment rentals and consumables are billed per the contract lists. • Financial controls include PO caps, change‑order limits (25 % or $50 k), cost‑plus 15 % for subcontract/direct expenses, and mandatory Board approvals for large adjustments.
