2021 AISD Roofing Projects

The Amarillo Independent School District is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the 2021 Roofing Projects and Miscellaneous Related Work at Select Campuses, including Caprock High School, Bowie 6th Grade Campus, Travis 6th Grade Campus, and Tradewind Elementary School. The estimated budget for all work is $9,381,302.90, and the project duration ranges from 75 – 125 calendar days, depending on the location, but no later than September 1, 2021 for completion of ALL work. The scope of work includes roofing replacement and repairs, HVAC replacement and repairs, and other miscellaneous related work.
