Description
This is a county‑wide, multiple‑award open‑ended architectural/engineering contract that furnishes construction management, cost estimating, and constructability plan review services on an as‑needed basis for Fauquier County Government and its public schools. The agreement runs from October 6 2022 through October 5 2026 with the option to extend for up to two additional one‑year periods by mutual written consent. Seven pre‑qualified firms are authorized to perform the work, each billed under the county’s fee schedule. The contract is structured as an IDIQ with unit‑price or time‑and‑materials billing and requires purchase orders for each task order.
