Litter Control Services for Town Parks & Rights-of-Way (Re-bid)

The Town of Miami Lakes is seeking a contractor to provide litter control services for town parks and rights-of-way. The contractor will be responsible for performing litter/debris pick-up and disposal from the town's rights-of-way and parks daily, between the hours of 8:00AM through 4:00PM. The contractor will also be required to provide emergency on-call service on an as-needed basis and litter/debris handling for special events. The contract has an initial term of three years with two options to renew for one year each. • The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience performing litter control services. • The contractor must provide one verifiable client reference demonstrating completion of at least one contract for services of similar scope and value performed within the last three years. • The contractor will be required to submit a digital file containing GPS historical data with each monthly invoice. • The contractor will be subject to performance metrics, including weekly reports, adherence to certain performance standards, and regularly conducted inspections.
